It's Mix it Up Day at Lizzie Anne Designs! This is one of my favorite images from the new August mix, Turn Toward the Sun! I used the combination of Memento ink and Copic markers for the image, cut and embossed with a Nestabilities die. For the layout I used some BoBunny dots, a small textured Prima flower and a great big bow with my favorite American Crafts grosgrain ribbon. I love the way the flower's texture is like the fabric of an upholstered chair...
There's nothing like a quiet, simple moment with a girlfriend in the middle of a hurried day!
