Have a Sunny Day!

The first of the month heralds a new release at the {stamps} of Life, and this month's release is a fun beach set, summer4Fun, featuring sandcastles, surfboards, flip flops and sunshine.  I would imagine, as the long 4th of July holiday weekend approaches,that most of us are wishing for a few sunny days to celebrate at the beach or by the pool! 

This sandcastle was colored with Copic markers, and given a bit of sparkly sandy texture with a light layer of Stickles.  The sky was colored with a pale Copic marker and then a few clouds sponged in with soft blue ink and a scalloped circle mask.  This card is simple and fun and uncomplicated, just the way summer should be!  ;)
