Banana Split Sunday!

Sometimes cards seem to take on a life of their own and dictate the direction they should go! This card was definitely that way! This week's 2RB Banana Split Challenge is to use card stock only. I looked through my stamps for something to make some background paper, and came across these paw prints and Gunther! I thought he would work great with the friendship quote from More Quotes which is what's on the inside of this card. So true, even for man's best friend!

When I came across Beate's tutorial for these cool paper flowers made with a strip of scalloped edged paper, the rest of this card fell into place. I used a strip about 3/4 inch wide, then made some streamers and a layered sentiment. The only other embellishment I added was a trio of flame dewdrops. I use these alot on my cards, so you can see that they go a long way! I still have over half a bottle!
