Gospel Song

Today's card is a combo card for Skipping Stones Design and CPS.  Here's the beautiful color inspiration photo that SSD provided.  I love this combination of warm hues, which are some of the "hot" colors from CHA!  

Since it is Vacation Bible School week at our church and our theme is "Sky," I couldn't resist stamping a beautiful little birdie...as one of the music teachers, I'm having a blast teaching the kids songs about trusting God!

The layout for my card is this week's CPS sketch, flipped upside down to accommodate the images from Heartsong 2.  I also used the music score and notes from the original Heartsong, stamping off the score to create a subtle background.  The bird was stamped with Memento Gray Flannel ink, colored with Copic markers and accented with Stickles.  Its song is part of a Zva Creative flourish.
