Today, we're sharing projects made with Melanie's Pretty Patterns and Tami's Grand Tags.
Pretty Patterns is perfect for quick, graphic card designs! I've had these buttons in my stash forever, and was happy to find that they're the right sizes to fit these circles! I used my markers to color in some bright colors, and added some twine for texture. The sentiment is from our new "One Free with Three," Assorted Greetings. Reminds me of the 70's and beads hanging in the doorway!
Grand Tags is obviously a great set for cards for the grandparents, but it's great for any occasion and works as fabulously for vintage as it would in other styles. Here I used an ivory and black color scheme with a little scrap of music paper and a pretty gingham bow. This would be a great card for either one of Matthew's music teachers!
