FS Sprinkle Challenge

It's Flower Soft Sprinkle Challenge #20!  Scallops!  My card is a combo card using CPS's sketch #200 (adapted for a square card)...Flower Soft is sponsoring this week's prize!

I absolutely adored these beautiful toppers for Christmas, but it isn't time to put them away just yet!  They make beautiful cards for other occasions too!

My friend had a wee baby girl just a few days before Christmas, and I thought that this would be a great welcome baby image!  I used some Copic markers to softly tint this sweet scene.  The pink makes the snow lady look gentle and motherly, don'tcha think?!   Our women's Bible study members will be signing this card to give to the new mom and babe...talk about a whole bunch of motherly/grandmotherly types!  LOL!

If you look really closely you'll see that the tag on the gift says "friend", which makes this particular image very versatile!  Reversing the colors of the present would probably make this work equally well for a little boy!  I'm sure it could be adapted to celebrate any winter birthday!  I absolutely LOVE being able to make the most of a product that way, don't you?!
