Gina K December Release Previews!

I am so excited to be part of Gina K's team of designers and illustrators, and to share with you some previews of our upcoming December release!

My first card is paper-pieced using Melanie Muenchinger's Mugs and Kisses!  I used a very girlie floral print from Basic Grey's Curio, shaded with warm gray Copic markers and Tim Holtz tea-dye distress ink.

Notes:
ivory, kraft Pure Luxury card stock
rectangle nestabilities
Memento ink
Copic markers
jute
sheer organza ribbon
pearl (tinted with Copics)

Melanie's Mugs and Kisses inspired the layout of my second card, a tea bag holder made using Tami Mayberry's lovely "Block Greetings."  I used a pale shade of orange to ink the entire stamp, then colored over the leaves directly onto the block with a pale green marker for a two-toned image.

The inside of the card forms a small triangular pocket which is just perfect for tucking a tea bag or a gift card. My girlfriends would appreciate this little "invitation" to take a moment to pamper themselves after cooking a big Thanksgiving dinner or anytime during the hectic month of December!

Notes:
sweet mango, creme de menthe Pure Luxury card stock

oval, scalloped oval, and square nestabilities
Memento ink
Copic markers
twill ribbon
pearls (tinted with Copics)

Here is a list of the designers sharing previews of these sets:
I'll be back later this week to share some more previews with you...and then I'll hope to see you at the release party Thursday night on StampTV!
