More Gina K!




More fun Gina K Designs sets to share with you today!  My first card is made with a set by Theresa Momber called Little Critters.  Lots of cute animals and great sentiments in that set!  I love pairing this slow tortoise with a wish for a speedy recovery!

I don't know if you can see it, but I painted on some matte glaze to give the tortoise shell some texture.  He is an image that is really fun to color and texturize.  I love the colors of this Basic Grey designer paper.  These river colors were everywhere at Winter CHA.

My second card features Asela's set, Chocolate Bunnies.  So darling and traditional for Easter.  For this card I did a little weaving with the paper, then snipped the green plaid to make some grass for the bunny to nestle into.

  20. I love that turtle card. Greens and blues are my favorite colors and they look fabulous here. The plaid is perfect with this card. And the bunny card is super adorable. Love the woven papers and the fun grass.

  41. (GASP!) I LOVE your turtle card! It's PERFECT - your spectacular coloring, that amazingly perfect pairing with that DP and sentiment.. WOW! THAT will be going into my Stamp TV favorites for sure! It is such a stunner I almost didn't notice your lovely bunny card - more terrific coloring and I like the contrast of the bright stripes with pretty flower DPs.

  57. I love this turtle, I love how you used the matte glaze -- I'm going to try it -- was it a regular matte glaze? and you didn't crinkle the pure luxury card stock? I don't have any, this will be a good reason to buy some and see how I like it!
