Today's CPS Sketch is sponsored by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. The simplicity of this sketch makes it the perfect layout to feature a gorgeous designer paper, so I chose this sheet from the Basic Grey Urban Prairie 6 x 6 pack. I layered it on black cardstock and machine-stitched the edges, then stamped the sentiment from the set, A True Friend, at the bottom. I criss-crossed some wide black organza ribbon, then threaded the ends of another piece through two pretty primas where the ribbons intersect. To me, this is simple stamping at its best...lots of impact for a small time investment! I hope my friend Sharon is proud of me! LOL!
The sketch also happens to be the Monday SNS Challenge on the Sweet 'n Sassy blog. If you choose to play along you could win the set, Floral Flourishes! Be sure to post your link to your project on the SNS and CPS blogs! If you upload to a public gallery, use keyword SNSMC12.
