This week's
Our Craft Lounge challenge is a CAS challenge, to make a card with a hearts theme. I went totally CAS, stamping a sentiment with
Memento ink directly onto the card base. The hearts
lava lamp was stamped on
Copic blending paper, colored with
Copic markers, cut out and popped up with
Zva dimensional dots. I added a red stitched grosgrain ribbon to bring out the red of the "lava."
It doesn't get any more CAS than this, but sometimes a quick, easy card is simply perfect! I've been sneezing my head off all weekend, and needed a fast, simple card to get me jump-started stamping again! :) Gotta get ready for CHA...my flight leaves on Wednesday!
and it's the CAS102 sketch layout on SCS posted this past Monday ... if you haven't already uploaded it there - TFS!
